This is a social media video created for recruiting new employees. I design and create this short video targeting younger generation to join the team at Zions Bancorporation.

Why making this video?
The recruitment team at Zions Bank contacted the marketing department
hoping to produce a short video to promote opening positions especially entry level jobs at the branches.
The Process
I was assigned to this project with the instruction of targeting younger generation.
I was provided with the messages that need to be shown in the video.
I collected the tellers and interns' B-roll. I decided to combine video footage,
shapes with bold text design to catch the audience's attention.
Result
The recruitment is very happy with the result. I was asked to produce different versions
for Zions Bancorporation's 7 affiliates.
